A week long Pop Up Menu to attract guests from the emerging plant-based market. In collaboration with Freehand Los Angeles and Beyond Meat, Kanyini Collective produced a series of events and social media content, boosting traffic from Vegan Influencers and their engaged audiences to the Freehand’s Restaurant and Lobby Bar. Food and beverages were designed by The Exchange Restaurant’s Chef Alex Chang to feature in-season vegetables in a Chinese-inspired Menu.
